SAM’s Apothecary Return Policy
In-Store Returns: SAM’s Apothecary will accept returns on new, unopened items in the original packaging within 3 days of purchase, with receipt. An exchange may be offered in place of a refund.
No returns will be accepted on herbs, teas, lotions or other personal care items, custom blends, or food items. No exceptions.
Returns or exchanges will be accepted on defective products within 14 business days, with receipt.
Online Returns: Online order returns must be unopened and in the original packaging. Online orders must be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the item(s). Please include a copy of the original invoice, including order number to be refunded properly.
Wholesale Returns: A $40 per-item restocking fee will be assessed when returning all or part-of a wholesale order. Wholesale orders must be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the item(s).
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
When making an online or wholesale return all returns must include a copy of the original invoice, including order number. SAM’s Apothecary is not liable for returned items lost during shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain a tracking number when returning any items by mail.
